  MEMBERSHIP:    
 

1. Each dues paying member shall be permitted TWO Radnor Township guests per year. (A family invited by a member will be counted as “one guest.”) Infraction of this rule shall result in the following:

 
   
1st offense: Warning (Phone call to family by Mgt.)
 
   
2nd offense: Individual’s cards recalled for one week.
 
   

3rd offense: Family’s membership recalled for two weeks.

 
 

2. No individual who is a member of a family group or who would otherwise be privileged to hold either an active or associate membership may be admitted as a guest.

 
 

3. Babysitters, summer house guests and housekeepers may be admitted to the club as a member of the household they are working for or staying with. The family MUST pay a membership fee for this person as if they were part of the family. The membership is NOT part of the five member maximum rule.

 
   

4. No member will be admitted to the pool without a membership card or identification. This rule will be strictly enforced.

 
   

5. Those people on the Waiting List must come with a current CSC member in good standing.

 
  CHILDREN:    
   

6. Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by a parent or another responsible individual. Children cannot be left unattended in Pool while parents or responsible person uses other facilities.

 
   

7. Safety and conduct of all children using the facilities are the responsibility of parents. Non-toilet trained children must wear a swim diaper AND rubber pants.

 
   

8. Non-swimmers are prohibited from entering diving area of pool. Children under 12 MUST pass a water test to receive a tag permitting them to swim in the deep and diving areas of pool.

 
   

9. The ONLY floating devices allowed will be water wings. Children using these devices MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian in the water. Water wings are restricted to the shallow end ONLY.

 
       
  CLUB:

10. The Club has no facilities for checking valuables and shall not be held responsible for loss.

 
   

11. Parking will be permitted on the Club property ONLY. Reckless driving on Club property including but not limited to spinning wheels shall result in a one week suspension for the operator or owner (if the operator cannot be identified). Before reinstatement, restitution for any and all damages must be made.

 
   

12. No running inside pool area.

 
   

13. Only one person is allowed on the diving board at a time.

 
   

14. Eating and drinking is permitted at the snack bar or the grassy area only. Not on the deck.

 
   

15. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on premises without permission of Board of Governors. Persons under the influence of intoxicants will be denied entrance to the pool.

 
   

16. Showering is highly recommended. You may be requested by the staff to take a shower prior to entering the pool.

 
   

17. No amplified radios permitted. Radios with earphones are acceptable.

 
   

18. Private parties will be allowed during non-operating hours during the time between Memorial Day and commencement of summer hours. The members/sponsor will be responsible for arranging and paying for the manager and the appropriate number of lifeguards. Events will run no later than 9:00 PM. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. The members/sponsor will be responsible for clean-up. Maximum number of people at one event will be 100. The party must be approved by the Board prior to the party.

 
   

19. Smoking is prohibited on premises. This includes the parking lot.

 
 

LIFEGUARDS:

   
   

20. Lifeguards control ALL pool activities at all times! This includes floating devices, ball playing, horse playing, etc.

 
       
   

LIFEGUARDS ARE ON DUTY TO PROTECT AND ASSIST YOU. Disobeying their directions, infractions of established rules and regulations or general misconduct by you, members of your family OR YOUR GUESTS will result in recall of membership cards. PLEASE see that ALL members of your family AND your guests are acquainted with these rules and regulations!
